The Office of General Counsel鈥檚 mission is to provide timely and accurate legal advice and information to 樱桃视频 including administrators, faculty and staff acting on behalf of the University on various issues to reach decisions that are in the best interest of the University. In doing so, we aid the University in avoiding or reducing exposure to legal risks. Additionally, we provide strong and responsible advocacy on all legal matters affecting the University by exercising professional competence, independent judgment, avoiding conflicts of interest or the appearance thereof, and maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.
